I have multiple users im my office. Can I transfer my login details to other users?

Yes you can allow other users within the same organisation to use your login details and download from your plan. However, If your organisation requires high volumes of downloads, then please contact us with your requirements at info@foodimagegroup.com and we will create a bespoke plan to fit your company requirements.
Please note transferable image use only applies to high resolution plans. For unlimited low resolution usage plans, it is forbidden to pass on your login details to multiple users. To prevent unlawful high volume downloads, a monitoring of daily downloads and a limit is set for all unlimited resolution plans only.

I work at an agency or large company, can we get a custom plan or license agreement?

Absolutely. Contact our team and we’ll build a plan or license agreement that works for your organization.

How do I create an invoice?

Once you purchase a single image or multi-image pack you will automatically receive an e-mail which includes a link to allow you to generate an invoice. You will also be able to view, download and print your invoice by going to Invoices in the Account Details section.

I want to change my account details, how do I do this?

Once you have purchased a single image or multi-image pack you will have opened an account, all your account details are in ‘Account Details’ which you can then edit and save at any time.

I haven’t received any e-mails, how come?

Emails are automatically sent to you. If you don’t receive any emails, please check your spam folder. If they aren’t there please, wait for a few hours just in case they have been stalled. If you still don’t receive them please let us know via our contact page or e-mail us at info@foodimagegroup.com and we will sort the issue out as soon as possible. I need to download an image again, how do I do it?

Whether you’ve bought a single image or multi-image pack you can download your image(s) by going to Purchase History in Account Details and click on ‘View Details and Downloads’ for the relevant purchase ID.

I’ve used up all the images on my plan, but need more images. What do I do?

Simply purchase another image or multi-image plan when logged in and you will automatically be able to download more images. You can do this by going to Pricing.

What happens if I don’t use all my images in my plan for the year, do I loose them?

Yes all plans are valid for one year, if you don’t use your download limit then these will not be carried over.
